Fastest Starbucks I've found. And only one minute from my house (lucky me) Located on the corner but no drive thru ,but still lots of parking for quick trips. Clean, polite and well staffed..... and conveniently located next to the liquor store...ha. They don't know my drink by heart but the second I start to order my roommate's bev they've fixed it before I'm done ordering it.... maybe it's her hot blonde and black dreads that makes her stand out..nah.

Unless am confused, and I don't think I am, most of the previous reviewers have misunderstood the location for this Starbucks and believe this is the one located near Red Mill Commons by the Five Guys, Cold Stone, dentist's Office, TJ Maxx, etc. It isn't. This particular address is for the Starbucks located inside the Harris Teeter store by the Princess Anne Courthouse area of town and my review is based on service recieved at that location. I've bought drinks from this location a few times while shopping in Harris Teeter. It's convenient but because it's one of those grocery store locations they technically sell Starbucks but aren't officially affiliated. Basically, they sell all their stuff but they don't honor any of their deals or specials. My most recent stop was yesterday while buying some grilling goodies for Memorial Day. I have my birthday free drink deal going on right now so I wanted to use it because it expires in like 5 days. The guy told me I couldn't use that, although they can use my phone app for me to pay. Mildly annoying and irritating but whatever. So I order my boyfriend his signature frappe and I decided to try the Vanilla Bean frappe because I love all things vanilla bean, so how can it be bad? He takes my order and I pay and move to the side so the three ladies behind me can squeeze even closer to the front despite the fact he's going to make my drink before he takes their order bc he's the only one working.... After a few moments in the back he returns to let me know that they are out of the vanilla bean and he can make me something similar. I really am pissed now because I wanted to use my birthday deal and now they don't even have the freakin' drink I wanted. The ONLY one I might add as I had already decided the vanilla beans were going to burst in my mouth from deliciousness. Aggrivated I just told him I want my money back because I don't want some bastardized version of their vanilla bean mix. So he refunds the money back to my account and makes my boyfriend's frappe. He also took my name down on a card for me to get a free drink next time I am in. We will see how that goes because it didn't look very legit to me - my first name was scribbled hastily on a small index card in red ink... that's it. Not a very good Starbucks day....

I work for Lisa.....she is a wonderful Manager. I have never witnessed any of the previously mentioned behavior. She is customer focused and kind. The entire slanderous review was posted as a means of retaliation. Please come join us in our Starbucks and witness how much we enjoy having you as our guest. We have smiling faces, warmth and legendary customer service as well as a comfortable cafe so you can sit and stay a while!

This Starbucks is always a happenin' location & I seem to always run into someone I know here. The staff is extremely friendly & super attentive even when they become very busy. I love stopping here for a weekly latte because they're fast, friendly and clean with a great music selection playing. A perfect atmosphere to lighten the rest of my day :)
